The area in which the Association for the Overall Rural Development of La Moraña (ADRIMO) acts is located in the northern half of the Ávila Province, with the La Moraña region forming part of the Castilian Plateau, known as the Ávila Flatlands.

The 72 municipalities that comprise the La Moraña region include 27,539 inhabitants, distributed over a total area of 1,668.72 km²
