ADESCAS

The Inter-Municipal Association Local Development in the Sahagún – Southeast León Region (ADESCAS, from the Spanish acronym) was formed in El Burgo Ranero on 29 July 1994 through the initiative of people representing various regional entities concerned with the development of the region.
The Association’s primary objective is to promote and sustain local development in the municipal area, given its status as a privileged intervention entity, through consortial programmes with public institutions at different levels: European Union, Federal, Regional and Provincial.
